Each day we remain driven to making sure we provide a meaningful, enjoyable, challenging and safe hockey experience for each player. We deliver a positive and energetic approach to teaching and coaching as we develop skill and instill a love for the game. And every time our players and coaches step on the ice we expect a commitment to doing their best and having fun. The Spartans jumped out to an early 1-0 lead before the Rangers settled down and took control. Cooper Hall evened the score in the 1st period by netting the first of his 3 goals on the day. Hall had spectacular game, finishing with 3 goals and 2 assists to tally a 5-point game. In the 2nd period, defenseman Cam Wolf went the distance to light the lamp, putting the Rangers up 2-1. Soon after, Nate Hemman (2 goals) took a pass from defenseman Jake Connell and beat the Spartans goalie with a blistering wrister from the slot to make it 3-1. Six minutes later, Jake Connell recorded his 2nd assist of the day by setting up PJ Civitarese, who one-timed a quick snapshot past the goalie. Fin McNeil (1 goal and 2 assists) joined in the effort by tucking home a loose puck to make it 5-1.
